A single search fans out to several airline, hotel and activity supplier APIs at once and the results are normalised into one comparable list, so a slow or failing supplier degrades the search instead of breaking it. The AI layer is model-agnostic — Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini behind one interface, with a deterministic rule-based fallback so the assistant still answers when no model is reachable — and billing runs quotations, payouts, CRM and analytics as its own service.
